Programs that strengthen the whole family.

Coming home is hard work. These evidence-based, peer- and facilitator-led programs and tools help returning parents build wellness, recovery, and stronger relationships, empowering parents to care for themselves so they can show up for their children and their futures.

CIRCLE OF SECURITY PARENTING (COSP)

Stronger bonds, more secure children. Circle of Security Parenting is an internationally recognized, evidence-based parenting program that helps the adults raising a child understand what that child needs most to build a secure, lasting relationship.

WHOLE HEALTH ACTION MANAGEMENT (WHAM)

Whole Health Action Management (WHAM) is a peer-led program that helps people set and reach whole-health goals — physical and emotional. In a supportive group, participants build resiliency, create a personal health plan, and practice the everyday habits that help them manage stress, strengthen well-being, and feel their best.

WELLNESS RECOVERY ACTION PLAN (WRAP)

The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is an evidence-based, self-designed system for staying well. Participants build a personalized plan — the tools that keep them steady day to day, how to recognize early warning signs, and what to do when things get hard — so they leave with a concrete roadmap for their own wellness.

TRAVELING GARDEN
SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING PLANTS

A community gardening initiative, where parents (moms and dads) and children heal through growing— hands in the soil, rooted and sisterhood (brotherhood) and restoration that blooms from the ground up
