Circle of Security Parenting® is an internationally recognized, relationship-based program grounded in years of research on how secure bonds form between children and the adults who care for them. Over a series of guided sessions, caregivers learn to read the emotional needs behind a child's behavior and to respond in ways that help the child feel safe, seen, and supported.

The goal is simple but powerful: a child who trusts that the adult raising them will be there — a steady presence to return to for comfort, and a secure base to venture out from as they explore the world.
